Wholesale Terms & Conditions

If you are a retailer, distributor or restaurant and hotel supplier or have an online e commerce website, please fill the Wholesale Application Form. 
NEW CUSTOMERS
Minimum Order: $300.00
HOW TO ORDER

    We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and checks. If paid by checks, shipment will be made after the check is cleared.
    Once you’re approved as an eligible wholesale account, we will provide you with log-in information to our password protected wholesale website, where you can easily access our price list and place your order online, using a credit card.

CUSTOMER TERMS

    All orders must be paid prior to processing.

NET TERMS
Generally you must be an existing customer ordering from Q Candles for 12 to 18 months prior to requesting net terms. Q Candles reserves the right to refuse authorization for terms due to insufficient credit information or late payments or bad payment history, etc.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS

    All first time orders must meet the minimum order requirement as stated above.
    All re-orders must be a minimum of $200
    All customers must approve our order confirmation for your order to ensure that the order is correct.
